Overview
View upcoming events and register for the state-required Montana Trapper Education Field Day. You cannot show up at a Field Day without registering first.
This course covers how to trap ethically, responsibly, humanely, and selectively. The required field course will provide an opportunity for hands-on learning to set various traps and handle trapping equipment. All in-person courses are led by experienced trappers who are certified volunteer instructors. The required field course is free, including any provided printed materials.
