Overview
Hunter Education will teach you the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to become a safe and responsible hunter. Hunter Education is a requirement to hunt in Nevada.
Is Hunter Education Required in Order to Buy a License?
Yes, in many cases. In order to buy a license, Nevada requires that hunters who were born after January 1, 1960, must first complete a course approved by the Nevada Department of Wildlife and IHEA-USA.
Please bring your completed workbook or online course voucher. Students 21 years of age and older can get certified online.
